Staff and cafe near pool were great. Location is close to Seminyak Square. The room was always clean.

The wifi is only available around the pool and there is no atmosphere. The driver from Zen rooms left us at the airport for 90 minutes and blamed us for the delay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seminyak. The staff were always polite, happy, and ready to help. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, as it was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the bustling Seminyak Square. Additionally, the small restaurant/cafe next to the pool was good and provided a convenient dining option.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located near busy bars and clubs, perfect for those looking for nightlife. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and always happy to help. the restaurant/cafe next to the pool serves delicious food.

The availability of WiFi is limited to only around the pool area, making it inconvenient who want to stay connected in their rooms.
